MyTunes

My husband B has lots of talents, including making some really diverse mix cd's with probably illegal tunes he downloads. The latest has 77 songs, ranging from Miley Cyrus to Limp Bizkit. So here is what I was listening to, all alone in the car (!!), the other night on the way home from girls' night...

1. Crank Dat (Soulja Boy): NOT at all appropriate for the kids to listen to, and yes, I know the dance, but they do not!!

2. Cinderella (Steven Curtis Chapman): The perfect Daddy/Daughter dance! We will keep this on the list for the weddings we will be planning in 20 years or so...

3. Buy U A Drank/Shawty Snappin (T-Pain): A little too clubby for me now a days, but makes me start snappin every time...

4. Our Song (Taylor Swift): SO much fun to sing along- a favorite of all us girls in the Pacifica! Even the little ones know all the words...

5. My Girl (Temptations): This was BigG's ballet dance for her dance recital this year. It was also the Daddy/Daughter dance at my wedding (my daddy used to play it for me when I was a little girl)...

6. Love Song (Tesla): Back to the 90's for some high school lovin' (yes, B and I were high school sweethearts). This was playing when I pulled into the driveway, home sweet home!!

So that's what I listen to sometimes in those rare moments where I"m alone in the car. On a normal day you'll find us jamming with the girls' Hannah Montana (you should hear the 3 year old voice singing, "Chillin out, take it slow, then you rock out the show", and I have to admit that I really love her "Who said I can't be president? I say you aint seen nothing yet") and HSM soundtrack, but not this time! Such a sweet moment!! Thanks, B!!

How funny. The bad thing is I love all of those songs! SHHH, don't tell anyone, but I still love Poison too. How embarrassing.

I am still looking for the website where I bought that pink and chocolate toile dress. I will let you know as soon as I find it. It was a steal for only $30!
