Reading every one's blogs today it sounds like there were a lot of us watching 90210 last night... We DVR'ed it but have not had time to sit down and watch it yet. 90210 was the Thursday night ritual in high school and when they moved it to Wednesdays in college. I remember being so upset when I was trying out for dance team my freshman year in college and I found out we would have practice on Wednesday nights during 90210!! That was way before the magic of TiVo and DVR. I also still remember all the girls on my hall crammed into my dorm room (my awesome roomie had the best tv on our hall) crying our eyes out when Dylan's wife Noxema Girl was shot by his dad's hit man. And who could forget Donna & David's sweet wedding/reception??

I graduated high school the same year as the 90210 group did--c/o '93 baby! I remember their high school graduation better than I do my own!
I didn't get to see it the other night so please when you watch it, let me know what you think of it.
I haven't had time to watch it yet either...I hope it's good!
I don't know if I have a favorite moment...but I know I liked it a lot better when they were all in college.
I watched the first 90210 series until I went off to college and then it kinda fell off my radar. I did, however, watch the new 90210 the other night. I have mixed feelings about it, honestly. I thought the majority of the story line was appropriate for a teen in high school... however, I was put off by the all the alcohol and drug use. Now, I know there was some of that when we were in school, but this was just blatant use... even in front of adults at times. I found it inappropriate for teens of today to watch as we did when we were in high school. Maybe I was blind, but I don't remember that much alcohol and drug use in the original series... at least when I watched it.
I'll probably watch the show again b/c I like the actors and actresses and storylines... but I hope they tone down the alcohol and drugs. :)
I am probably the only one in the entire universe who didn't really watch 90210... I did sometimes, but never followed it weekly!
